The following categories of persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
To access the full functionality of the Platform, you must register an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile telephone number. You represent and warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 77menang's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
77menang reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, and proof of address. KYC verification is mandatory before any Withdrawal is processed and before Account limits are raised above standard thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your Account.
All Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All displayed Balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus values are stated in MYR unless otherwise explicitly indicated. Deposits made in other currencies will be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts and instruments that are registered in your own name. 77menang reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to request documentation verifying the source of funds where required for compliance purposes. Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
Processing Times: Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Cryptocurrency deposits require standard blockchain confirmations before crediting.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users who have completed the KYC verification process. Funds derived from Bonus activity are subject to Wagering Requirements that must be fully satisfied before withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. 77menang reserves the right to amend this threshold at any time.
77menang targets a processing time of 3 to 15 minutes for standard withdrawal requests to DuitNow and local bank accounts. Processing times may extend up to 24 hours in cases where additional verification is required. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain processing times. These are target times and are not contractually guaranteed.
77menang reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. The platform may require documentation verifying the source of funds, proof of identity, or other information as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner may result in the delay or suspension of a withdrawal request.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 77menang are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
77menang offers multiple welcome bonus options. Each bonus option carries a distinct Wagering Requirement as follows:
Minimum deposit of RM50 is required to qualify for any welcome bonus. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Account. Welcome bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of Account registration.
Any attempt to manipulate bonus systems through collusion, use of multiple Accounts, irregular betting patterns, or any other form of abuse will result in the immediate cancellation of all Bonus Funds, forfeiture of any winnings derived from such activity, and potential permanent suspension of the Account. 77menang's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds expire 30 days after the date of crediting if the associated Wagering Requirement has not been satisfied. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
A bet or wager is accepted and confirmed only when you have received electronic confirmation from the Platform. 77menang is not liable for any communication failures that prevent a bet from being placed or confirmed.
77menang reserves the right to declare any bet void where an obvious error has occurred β including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event data, technical malfunction, or any other manifest error. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the User's Account. This provision applies regardless of whether the bet has been displayed as a winner on the Platform.
Maximum payout limits apply across all game categories and betting markets. Specific limits are displayed within each game and betting market. 77menang reserves the right to cap any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit.
Sports betting markets β including English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and esports events β are subject to specific rules governing the settlement of markets in the event of postponements, abandonments, player withdrawals, or other contingencies. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:
Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 77menang endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 77menang's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 77menang shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages howsoever arising.
The Platform may incorporate games and content provided by third-party game studios and software providers. 77menang is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party materials and makes no warranty regarding the same.

Upon suspension or termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, 77menang reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the Account. Real-money deposits not derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the User after all outstanding liabilities and deductions have been accounted for, subject to applicable legal holds.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary Account closure, the remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the User via their registered Supported Payment Method within a reasonable period, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to the jurisdiction under which 77menang holds its operating licence. 77menang operates under an international gaming licence, the details of which are available upon written request to the support team.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, 77menang's customer support team should be contacted in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notification, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
77menang reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 77menang will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered to the User's Account.
Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The date of last update is displayed at the top of this page.
